This charming 33 m² loft, located in a quiet neighborhood just 15 minutes on foot from the center of Valencia, is ideal for your stay. Perfect for families of up to 4 people, with access adapted for people with reduced mobility. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom, and a strict cleaning protocol. Just a few steps from supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants. It also offers optional parking for €8/night. A unique experience with everything at your fingertips! We're sure you'll feel at home! To make your stay even more pleasant, we’ll leave you some breakfast items, coffee, tea, and salt.
The apartment has a translucent window with a small vent to provide ventilation and brightness. We comply with the regulations of the Valencian Community regarding forced ventilation in the bedroom and bathroom. Hot water is supplied by an 80-liter electric water heater; if four people are staying and showering at the same time, they might have to wait a little while for the water to heat up again.
The bathroom is spacious and beautiful, with a rain showerhead and waterfall to enjoy relaxing showers. The bedroom is separated by a large wall to provide more privacy and features a 160x200 cm bed, as well as a small workspace.
The kitchen opens up to the living room, where you'll find a sofa that converts into a very comfortable 140 cm bed. Although the apartment meets soundproofing regulations, since it's located at street level, even in a quiet area, you might hear occasional ambient noises.
Our accommodation is adapted for both people with reduced mobility and those without. The kitchen has lower spaces adapted for the sink area, the induction stove, and the vanity unit. If you don't need them, they will still be very useful for any other purpose. Due to the layout of the accommodation, it also has forced ventilation.
For stays of more than 10 days, weekly cleaning and a change of bed linens and towels are mandatory and included in the price. A contract will also need to be formalized.
We maintain strict pest control. Occasionally, a dead insect may appear.
