GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS – TOURIST APARTMENT IN VALENCIA
1. Object of the Contract
This document sets out the general conditions that govern the reservation and use of the tourist apartment located at:
📍 C/Padre Urbano Nº41 Bajo 1 and 2 in Valencia.
📍 C/Caravel.les Nº 5-10 in Puebla de Farnals Playa
Owned by: Ana Maria Bueso Gomez
(hereinafter referred to as "the Owner").

2. Accommodation Capacity
The apartment has a maximum capacity of 4 people. No more guests are allowed without prior express authorization. Failure to comply with this condition may result in the cancellation of the stay without a refund.

3. Reservation and Confirmation
To confirm the reservation, the guest must fill out the required details and provide the information of a valid bank card.
The reservation will be considered confirmed once both have been received.
If the reservation is made 30 days or less before the arrival date, 100% of the total cost of the stay will be charged at the time of booking.

4. Rates and Services Included
The price of the stay includes:
✔ Accommodation
✔ Water and electricity consumption
✔ Bed linen and towels
✔ Final cleaning (except in cases of damages or excessive dirt)
✔ Welcome amenities: shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, hand soap, and trash bags
✔ Free WiFi
✔ Air conditioning/heating

📌 The amenities are replenished only at the start of the stay. For extended stays, replenishment is the guest's responsibility, unless otherwise agreed.
The rates include the applicable VAT.

5. Check-in and Check-out Times

Check-in: from 15:00 hours

Check-out: before 11:00 hours

Changes to these times must be agreed upon in advance.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 30 days in advance: full refund of the deposit.

Cancellation less than 30 days in advance: no refund.

7. Security Deposit
When making the reservation, the guest provides a valid bank card. This card will act as a guarantee in case of damage, loss, or violation of the accommodation's rules.

📌 No initial charge will be made for the security deposit.
However, the Owner reserves the right to charge the card after check-out if any material damage, missing items, excessive dirt, or other serious violations of the rules are detected.

If necessary, the guest will be notified before any charge is made, with justification (photos, invoices, etc.) attached.

8. Rules of Conduct and Use of the Apartment

🚭 Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.

🎉 Parties or loud noise are not allowed.

🐾 Pets: Not allowed (must be consulted in advance).

🧹 The guest must leave the apartment tidy and without accumulated trash.

Severe non-compliance with these rules may result in the early termination of the stay without the right to a refund.

9. Guest Responsibility
The guest will be responsible for any damage caused by improper use of the accommodation.

10. Applicable Law
This contract is governed by the tourism regulations of the Valencian Community and current Spanish law. In case of a dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Valencia.

Tax authorities, to comply with fiscal obligations.

Service providers necessary for the management of the accommodation (accounting services, booking software, etc.), always under a confidentiality agreement.

In no case will data be transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

5. Data Retention
The data will be retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and, subsequently, for the legally established periods necessary for compliance with fiscal and legal obligations.

6. User Rights
The user may exercise the following rights:

Access to their personal data

Request the rectification or deletion of their data

Request the limitation of data processing

Object to the processing of their data

Data portability

7. Data Security
The data controller implements the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of personal data, preventing unauthorized alterations, losses, treatments, or access.

8. Changes to the Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to modify this policy to adapt it to legislative changes or changes in the accommodation's activities. In such cases, users will be properly informed.
